3 Polish Fighters Take Part at UFC 267
The UFC light heavyweight championship is on the line in the main event, as Polish fighter and the 205-pound champion Jan Blachowicz takes on Glover Teixeira. The odds in the main event have Blachowicz sitting at a -300 favorite and Teixeira a +245 underdog, but what odds did Superbet and other Polish bookmakers set for the fights of Błachowicz and other Poles?
Blachowicz (28-8) was the KSW light heavyweight champion before making his way to the UFC. I’m sure he was a favorite on many betting sites when he held that championship, but it took some time for him to be on many betting picks as a favorite once in the UFC. Now, however, he has won and defended the light heavyweight championship and looks to do the same against Teixeira on Saturday, October 30.
Heavyweights Alexander Volkov and Marcin Tybura square off on the PPV portion of the UFC 267 fight card and this one could be fireworks. The oddsmakers have Volkov a -300 favorite and Tybura a +245 underdog. In heavyweight action though, the betting odds don’t always go as planned. Anyone can be knocked out on any given day.
In a very close match-up from an odds perspective is a light heavyweight battle between Michał Oleksiejczuk and Shamil Gamzatov. Oleksiejczuk, who holds a 15-4, 1NC record is sitting at -102, while Gamzatov who is undefeated at 14-0 is sitting at -116. Is this one you are going to be betting on?
